How it works
- Complete a secure health intake covering your medical history and current health.
- An independent, licensed provider reviews your intake and determines whether treatment may be appropriate for you.
- If treatment is appropriate, the provider may issue a prescription consistent with applicable law.
- If a prescription is issued, it is sent to a state-licensed pharmacy, prepared, and shipped directly to you.

Mortal Healthcare is a non-clinical telehealth access program operated by Mortal Science LLC, an Austin, Texas company. It connects adults with independent, licensed healthcare providers and state-licensed compounding pharmacies, and handles enrollment, billing, and support. Mortal Healthcare does not provide medical care and does not influence clinical decisions.
Who makes care decisions?
Independent licensed healthcare providers, practicing through independent professional corporations, are responsible for all medical evaluations, clinical decisions, and prescribing. You can message your provider through the patient portal. Mortal Healthcare does not provide medical advice.
Who fills prescriptions?
Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities. You see your pharmacy's name and location before checkout and in your patient portal.
How do providers decide whether to prescribe?
The provider reviews your intake, your medical history, and the laws of your state, and determines whether treatment is appropriate for you. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription.
Do I need insurance?
No. Services are self-pay only. There is no insurance billing and no claims submission. You pay directly, and the full price is shown before any payment.
